New Moon Intention Sessions
New Moons are an opportunity to reset or start over. It's not that we are wiping the slate clean but rather that we are realigning, refocusing, and redirecting our energy.
My favorite way of doing that is in community. So I invite you to register for any upcoming New Moon Intention Setting groups. During the live group we will:
-
take some time to set our intention for the moon cycle ahead
-
learn a bit about the astrology (literally “a bit” I am not a trained astrologer)
-
do a hypnosis journey to deepen our connection with the intentions we set ( This I am trained in 👍)
All groups are held via Zoom! (On camera participation is optional but appreciated and encouraged)
